Knowledge of languages opens all the doors of opportunity. And knowledge of the state language is especially important, because the state language and its use in communication help to preserve the culture and traditions of he people.
It is important for our company that staff, including seconded expats, have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the local culture, communicate with partners, clients and government agencies in the language of the country where they live and work. And the average level of knowledge of the state language in the same Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan among some categories of employees remained quite low.
Therefore, our HR department organized free training in the state languages for employees of offices in Tashkent and Almaty, and for almost a month teachers have been coming to our offices and giving invaluable language knowledge and experience in communicating in Uzbek and Kazakh.
