Trans Kazakhstan 2013

Pro Logistic Services participated in the 17th Kazakhstan International Transport and Logistics Exhibition 2013 which took place on 18-20 September 2013 in Almaty. There were 107 companies participating in the exhibition, representing 11 countries: Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Germany, China, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Iran and Estonia. During the three days of the exhibition, it was visited by approximately 3 000 specialists

Participation in the exhibition and attending it was aimed at establishing contacts with new partners and meeting both new and existing clients. It also helped improve the company’s intelligence and assess the market demand for the services. The event, therefore, proved a good means of finding partner companies and signing agreements.

Following the results of the exhibition, it’s organisers awarded the stand of Pro Logistic Services a prize for the Best Debut”.

Pro Logistic Services was among the TOP 100 largest companies in Latvia in 2012

According to the annual rating of companies in Latvia drawn by the Dienas Bizness agency in collaboration with Lursoft company, Pro Logistic Services was named one of the TOP 100 largest companies in Latvia in 2012 and took 84th place (in 2011 it was on 139th place). On top of that, following the results of last year, the company was named one of the largest private transport and forwarding companies in Latvia (2nd place).

The first ship at the RBT terminal

On 7 August 2014, Riga Bulk Terminal saw the arrival of its first ship. Bulk-carrier CANVASBACK sailing under the flag of Liberia delivered soybean meal from Argentina, to be further shipped to Belarus. The cargo was transloaded directly from the ship to the rail car, meeting the expected daily rate of transloading. In view of experts, surveyors, some traders and forwarding companies, the RBT terminal is currently the most modern and technologically advanced terminals for loose cargoes in Latvia. Successful handling and transloading of the first ship proved that the terminal is prepared for the new grain season.

In 2013, Pro Logistic Services was named among the TOP 100 largest companies in Latvia, taking 72nd place (it occupied 84th place in 2012 and 139th in 2011). Another reason to be proud is 1st place won last year among railway forwarders.
